Another thing to consider is the effect of nutrients on hormones and the effect of hormones on muscle gain and fat loss. For example, insulin is one of the most important anabolic hormones in the body. Insulin directly influences the amount of amino acids and glucose transported into the muscle cells. Jantung memiliki 4 klep yang berfungsi menentukan ke arah mana darah mengalir, berapa besar alirannya dan kapan mengehentikan aliran tersebut. Adapun masing- masing klep jantung adalah : Klep Tricuspid, bila membuka membiarkan darah mengalir dari bilik kanan pada waktu jantung relaksasi dan menutup untuk mencegah darah mengalir kembali ke tubuh bila jantung kontraksi. Klep Aorta yang memisahkan bilik kiri deng aorta. Bilamana terbuka membiarkan darah mengalir ke tubuh yaitu sewaktu jantung berkontraksi dan tertutup bila jantung relaksasi.
